Try to pick a week when you won't be under a lot of extra stress, quit cold turkey, and use seeds or non-nicotine substitutes to break the habit of having a dip in your mouth. I usually take a small handful of seeds and put them in one side, moving them to the other side as I eat them. Also helps to work out really hard or go for a long run when the cravings get really bad.

I have been quit one year this weekend. Last dip was after the saints loss in the playoffs.

I never posted roll at killthecan.com, but I found the messages boards and faqs there helpful. Good luck

I have a dip of Cope Wintergreen in right now. The hardest part for me is not putting one in after a few drinks or a big meal. Or after I've taken vyvanse or adderall. Amphetamine dips are the best.

I'm trying to quit as well. I play college baseball and I am around it constantly which doesn't help. Sunflower seeds do not help for me.

Use SNUS to ween yourself off, it should be easy.
