Keep in mind that you shouldn't trust a recruiter at their word, they can be a great source of info but make sure you get anything they promise you in detailed writing....
Go to a feed store and get some pure capsaicin. Use gloves and rub it on whatever they are chewing through. This will keep them from taking cover inside your porch while you shoot at them....

I have zero debt, paid off the house a little over a year ago and it's an awesome feeling. I've debated refinancing and investing but I'm not sure what the best investment option is....

Try to pick a week when you won't be under a lot of extra stress, quit cold turkey, and use seeds or non-nicotine substitutes to break the habit of having a dip in your mouth. If you can put the second spreadsheet on a separate sheet within the same file it will be easy with the vlookup command. Check out a YouTube tutorial on vlookup...
