Huh. Since the USA is an Exporter of wrapping paper, including Christmas paper, seems we need to tariff ourselves. Maybe my research is too shallow, but paper is one thing the US is, and probably, will always be an exporter. Has to do with wood species and the quantity a country has.

It’s the importer who pays the tariffs aka the Americans. Our company spent over 4 million in tariffs this year that is a loss that we will never recoup in any sort of way.

Low IQ Tiger.

Tarriff everything that country exports into oblivion. Pencils, pencil sharpeners, pens, ink, left-handed hammers, etc, until they give us Most Favored Nation status on the wrapping paper.

I purchase and put in the Christmas wrap tote. Goes upstairs with the Christmas decor. Next year it is all brought down and I wrap/bag/box. Repeat for infinity.

Are there still people who think that we aren’t the ones paying the tariffs? LOL

Company pays the tariff. Company raises prices to offset. Comsumer buys elsewhere. Company either moves production to America or at least away from China or goes bankrupt.

Not very complicated.
