Look, I understand the concerns about a post-regime change quagmire. But when someone says "we'll talk about that concern if regime change becomes a thing", skipping over it and acting like it's already happening isn't very productive.
It is going to happen nonetheless.
Infrastructure damage, security/police failure, etc.
There will be refugees. The military apparatus within Iran, the entity that kept their population in check, is pretty much in shambles.
