Just saw Joe Lopinto (JP Sheriff) on FB Live ...
Lee was watering a new palm tree and the neighbor was backing out of his driveway. Lee sprayed his truck w/ the hose. Neighbor rolls down his window, exchanged words, and Lee sprays water into the truck. Neighbor gets out, they exchange more words. Neighbor produces handgun and shoots Lee once in the chest. Lee runs to side of his house, collapses and dies.
There's surveillance video of the whole incident. No audio. Apparently Lee and the neighbor have been arguing almost constantly for about ten years.
How do you shoot somebody for spraying your truck with a hose? Maybe it was freshly washed ...
In any case, I bet Big Lee thought it would be funny to frick with the old man. He should have watched Gran Torino.

Man what the frick. That old man must have been fed the frick up if something as small as that made him snap and murder Big Lee. Old man is lucky he lives across the tracks and isn’t going to OPP.
