Filth is out of control. Only another 1,000 roaming the streets of NOLA with no respect for anybody else's life. Throw them all in jail with no key to exit.

Great press release and photo opp. The last time LSP made a big bust on NOLA riders the attorney general dropped all charges months later. They all walked without any punishment.
