Damn man, so have I. One of the steps must have not been the same height. I've seen it happen to others too.

I was climbing steps and missed one. Went down and came back up real quick and did the walk away with my tail between my legs.

I can't recall ever falling down in front of people,
I didn't actually fall but stumbled walking up the stairs to the stage at my high school to get my diploma in front of about 500 folks. I could hear the girl behind me laugh. I wanted to crawl away and die at the moment but not one of my friends saw it or heard about it so I got zero hazing for it. Luckily the stairs were a good 100' from the podium so not everyone was focused on me walking like a spaz. However my parents got it on tape and they thought it was a little humorous.

I think my reaction would be to immediately stand up and take a bow, acknowledging my frick up.
I actually did this once and the lady that was watching me looked at me like I was insane.

An old friend slipped and fell down some stairs during an LSU football game. His eye popped out and he had to get air evacuated. We called him snake because of his bad luck when it came to things like that. Rip, HM.

I usually get up and curtsy. I believe it's the right thing to do after performing for others.

Bust out a quick 10 pushups and walk it off.

It happens. Worst part is, the first thing people do is look around to see if anyone saw.

I have crap ankles. One pretty much dislocates ( best way to describe it. Not a normal roll, you can hear it) all the time thanks to an old injury. I fall a lot.
I usually have to sit there for a while until it either stops twitching or can bear weight

My friend at an LSU FB game... popular guy, great athlete... fell down damn near an entire section of stairs. It was spectacular... and hilarious. It almost defied the laws of physics or something... like he was a cartoon snowball rolling down a mountain, picking up momentum.

I think a better question is who hasn't fallen down in front of a group of people.
Twice here.

I witnessed one in the Cox auditorium. Was sitting in Sauley's management class and a girl decided to leave early. She tripped and fell from the 10th step of the auditorium to the floor, in front of about 1000 people. Best part was that Sauley didn't miss a beat and kept on teaching. Always wondered if she dropped out of the class.
