Does anybody in zoning or parish govt give a frick about the traffic that is going to cause along with the huge number of homes being built along the south side of I12?

Entergy clearing their servitude took the developer by surprise. I believe P&Z is now taking another look at the no-cut buffer lines at the property lines adjacent to the servitude. I’m sure homeowners won’t appreciate seeing I-12 out their back yard.

Word on the street is that she’s restructuring most of her staff in an effort to save her job at the next election. The message has been received that the people are fed up with all of these developments popping up without regard for existing developments in place.

It won’t be that bad.

It already is bad. Traffic backs up from that traffic circle all the way back and onto the 1085 overpass. They simply don't fricking care.

They've got a constantly growing property tax base, why the hell do they need to keep trying to raise taxes? Conservative governance, my arse. These shitheads are as bad as Orleans.
