Travel Refund question

I’ve tried to hold off being an arse but we were supposed to take a ferry to the Dry Tortugas on March 20. Obviously it got canceled and the generic email said we would receive our $600 refund within 30 days. Coming up on 60 days and still nothing. They won’t answer the phone and direct you to email them which I have done three times now over the last three weeks, no response. What are my options here?

Had a trip to Key West in 3 weeks. Got insurance. Catching shite. Wife and I both work directly with COVID pts. They really want us on their planes? In their restaurants and bars if open? And I'm not going to risks us being out 2+weeks if we catch shite on the flight and have to stay out. They'd be faaaaaaar better off just giving us our fricking money back than replacing our lost income and employee salaries until we return.
