Has anybody noticed a trend in what type of people hang things from the rearview mirror?

Does it depend on if it's air freshener or decor?

I know we are not judgmental anymore and everything is wonderful and great...blah blah blah.... I just wonder why people gravitate towards certain things.

Tassels from high school graduation
CD/disco ball
Dream catcher or other Native American art
Panties from last back seat conquest
Handicap parking placard that belongs to a relative who isn’t in the car

I hang my work badge there because I only need it when I drive there and I was tired of having to go back and get it

Used to have spare keys on an LSU lanyard hanging from the rearview. When I realized it’s against the law, and just an additional excuse to be pulled over for nothing, took it down.
