for 2009 Chevy Tahoe would be appreciated. Yes, I did think that Tranny Repair title would have been more entertaining.

You can go Chevy and put in a rebuilt with full factory power train warranty. Last time I checked it was about $500 more than locals. We did a shop truck couple weeks ago for about $2500 and we get 100k warranty

Is a good friend and an honest guy. His transmission guy has been at it for 20-30 years.

Really appreciate all of the suggestions. Anyone ever had any dealings with CAPS Transmission in BR?

Just spoke on phone with K&M. Sounds like I'll need rebuilt transmission, approx. $2200-$2400, labor included. Sounds about right from internet research I've been doing, but I'd appreciate any incite from the gearheads.
