I would sue the absolute frick out of any court subjecting me to a jury with factually mentally ill unbalanced people on it.

The odds of collecting 12 random people without at least one unbalanced person in the mix has got to be near zero.

The best part of this is, if they actually do start recognizing these mental states as a psychosis, what do you do with all the cases with these individuals on the jury?

Anyone not identifying as either 'male' or 'female' should not be allowed to serve.

Oh dear Lord let this happen in BR and I get selected for jury duty...I would make every lawyer in that room address my fat hairy redneck arse with whatever pronoun I shat out that day...

strict binary options may exclude those who don't identify as male or female or do not want to identify.

And guess what? Normal people HOPE to be excluded from jury duty. Abnormal people shouldn’t be serving at all. If you don’t identify as a man or a woman, exactly who are your peers?

It's unfair how the intersex get lumped into this category. They were born with an unfortunate, inarguably physical condition. That has nothing to do with transgenderism- whether you think it's a mental illness, a fetish, or something in between.
