Transfer to UTSA vs Tarleton State

Assuming you know anything about average/mediocre universities in Texas, which of these would you rather go to?
I feel like UTSA might be a bit better education/prestige wise and I could potentially save money by living with relatives, but I would also like to live in "are country". I will probably have to live in a big city for a few years (at least) after I graduate, so country living for a few years could be nice.
I feel like Tarleton has a better sense of community while UTSA is basically a commuter school. On the other hand, I will be a 6th year senior when I graduate.
I have visited Stephenville multiple times and don't mind the small town atmosphere.
I like to party. I like girls. I am not a full on hick so I might stick out a bit in Tarleton but I think ultimately it will be to my advantage.
What do y'all think?

If dating and women is a top priority I can’t imagine Stephenville, wherever that is, being better than san antonio

If you want to date college girls then Tarleton State would be the pick. It also depends on what you want. If you want the college town experience then Tarleton is your choice.

If you want to be a cowboy, major in animal husbandry, etc., then Tarleton State.
Otherwise, UTSA.

It depends on where you want to live and the atmosphere if that is what is important. If you want big city and things to do, UTSA; if you want laid back, Tarleton. You can go visit Cowtown occasionally if need be from Stephenville.

Of course, it probably doesn't matter since your post only talks about partying, girls, etc. and nothing about majors, degree plans, career goals, etc.

UTSA , Hispanic kids that are from CenTax South Texas or white kids that didn't get into UT and want to transfer after 2 years

UTSA is a fairly decent school. Definitely them over tarleton.
