The illness that originally caused this person to be the other gender is the same illness causing it(I lost track if it’s female or male) to now be a snake. Somehow we’ve stared celebrating these mentally ill folks by misdiagnosing them as “brave” or “courageous”.

We are treating an identity disorder with costly cosmetic surgeries. Basically plastic surgeons are being used to do what mental health care industry should be doing.
