The reason it's a big deal is because of the progressive push of this agenda on kids. People can't just ignore it and hope it'll go away. The pendulum is starting to swing back, stop fricking with kids.

And I'm debunking this narrative. It is not happening at Dutchtown High School. Are they teaching tolerance and respect? Yes.
But half of the school(students and staff) is not supportive of a Trans girl being on the Homecoming court. But they are smart enough to stay in their lane and mind their business. No one made a big deal about it.
It's a big nothing burger.

Because it’s a dude. In my day the controversy was that one of the homecoming court wanted to wear army boots.
I can remember I got scolded for causing a disturbance (dressed as Alex Delarge)
By having a group hold up signs as I conducted with my cane.
I’m what you call a habitual line stepper.
If they want to have a dudes dressed up as chicks category, whatever.
But let’s stop pretending a boy can ever be a girl. It’s just patently ridiculous.
If blackface is wrong, chickface is wrong. Women aren’t a costume.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, not Saudi Arabia (well, not true I did live in Riyadh for a year so I’m familiar with Chop-Chop square). So I’m pretty fortunate to be born in this country, when others are killed because they’re different. ISIS (religious nutcases) throwing a gay guy off a roof to his death comes to mind.

According to whom? Source?
And furthermore, look at the data to see why they detrans’d. Economic situation or homelessness? Lack of family/friend/job support? Lack of health resources? Or just a possible factor that people hyper focus their bias on: they weren’t actually trans?
