You're not getting it its false development not people spending their money. It's the local government providing subsidies and when it doesn't profit they close the doors and leave. Louisiana suck I got tired of the hoping and wishing. Moved to a real city Atlanta is unbelievable. Wish I'd came years ago man quality of life, progressive, and multi cultural is awesome.

Exactly I live 4 minutes from Ritz Carlton Residences in Buckhead where I can buy 3 BR 3 Bath condo in pure luxury and world class everything minutes away for 1.2 Million. So why would I pay 2 Million to live in miserable BR. This guy is delusional
