I've never been pulled over when not speeding and riding in the right lane.
If it's out of sight and you don't have both hands at 10 and 2 you won't be stopped.

I never understood transporting dope with cars. If it were me I would get my pilots license and take my cessna to do the transporting. Too many things can go wrong on a long commute

They don't just stumble upon a guy with 300lbs, they get a phone call telling them exactly what car they are looking for, who will be driving etc. The feds just let the state guys get the credit and keep a low profile.
