We have a home in Miramar not too far from the trash on 30A. Left the wife(no pics) and kids there on Sunday and I came back to work. So far no word of beach closures there but I’m sure it’s coming.
South Walton is made up of tiny little communities with leaders that rarely have any political or disaster management experience. Currently those leaders are the ones making local decisions. I expect Walton county to shut it all down within the week.
