Exactly. That scenario is more likely. Bunch of fricking idiots on this board. It is possible someone did tie it up but come on people it’s not really probable. This is coming from someone who has killed and eaten dogs and I wouldn’t think to tie it up just for the hell of it.

Nothing and I’m mean nothing means you leave an animal tied up like this.
Only thing like this that happens is if you have a large place with lots of animals and you can’t take them with you.
At that point you try to get them out of there but in the end you open all gates and knock down fences if need be so they can get to higher ground.
