I saw a guy in a movie smoking when I was 34, and it looked cool. I had never tried a cigarette so went to the tobacco store and asked what they recommended for a new smoker.

They gave me a few packs of lights. Didn’t care for menthols, but was able to choke down some of the others after lots of coughing and nausea. I’m starting to get the hang of it and am ready to try full strength cigs.

My son has started asking me when he can try smoking. I told him state law requires he be 18 to purchase, but I will get him a few cartons for his 16th birthday if he makes the honor roll.

I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. Smoked marijuana, but never had the desire to smoke a cigarette. My dad smoked and I always hated the smell, I knew it was hard for him to kick the habit, etc so I just never wanted to try it. Why would people want to try them knowing that they are harmful?

I’ve quit smoking some time ago, but I get it. That first drag after you’ve had a few drinks is amazing.

Several sectioned off areas on the plaza level outside...hundreds of folks out there puffing during halftime.
