Thanks for the info. I'm from Pville, most of my family lives in the little area across from Pineville HS, Washington Street, so was nervous for them. Dad and brother were southeast of Alexandria visiting someone so they were in clear.

Dang, wonder how all the other places around it did. Like someone else already said, there's a lot of businesses, fast food, groceries right around there.

Dang not a lot of population there but 4h camp is in that area - hope it misses there

Whatttttttttttt? My grandma and grandpa (RIP) used to live at 2735 Donahue. Close to Journey. My dad and brother live further down in one of the neighborhoods past the ball park. That's my stomping grounds. :) used to get an icee everyday after softball or swim practice at that Chevron.

Well one of y'all needs to get out there and let us know. I need to know how my favorite Dairy Queen made out.

Alexandria may ultimately have gotten the lesser part of the storm. 15 miles to the southwest it was daunting, and 15 miles to the northwest it looks like this:

I left Pineville around 11:30 to head back to Zachary. Need to check on my neighbors on the Kolin side of the river.
