don't know if radar is playing tricks on me but storm near Crowley Louisiana looks to be getting that look now

Winnfield area should be on alert. Storm to the south was warned previously and still has potential.

Been in contact with a guy I worked with in Pineville. He lives near the river. Last message I got from him was that it had calmed down then the winds picked up. Haven't got an update from him since.


ETA just responded call again at his house

Yeah. Same here. Hope no one was hurt but it didn't look near as bad going into Alec as it did just a few minutes before that.

Don't know how strong it was but that track was just west of US 71 - the old main route before I49 - not a good path to avoid population
