Covid has been over lol
It’s only the states and cities with Democrat governors and mayors who are holding on to it for as long as they can (preferably for them until November)

Just like all the states that said that in March and it never happened. I’m sure they need 20,000 ventilators too.

Nope, LC area is having a real should, not related to more testing. Plants are freaking out over it. Especially after the whole citgo thing.

Imagine still thinking the way they do about Covid. What month is it.. is it March?

It's two weeks behind Italy.

What happened there?

Had a huge turnaround on the Coker(like 3-4k extra workers on site) and had whole shifts if operators have to be quarantined after a break out. After the TA, they sent almost all the contractors home for what is supposed to be a 2 week period.

I’m in Lake Charles for the week for work. I think it’ll turn up true. Won’t be a “Nola during Mardi Gras” spike though, and I don’t think it will threaten hospital capacity in the least.
But, there are a buttload of people coughing for what should be going on in June, it’s noticeable coming over from the north shore. Casinos are packed (the nugget responded to the 50% capacity mandate by closing 50% of the restaurants, so its shoulder to shoulder in the remaining ones).
They also didn’t have the benefit the rest of the state had of having an early spike, so they genuinely shut down for no good reason - and now that things are open they’re just catching back up to rest of the state. A buddy was complaining that he couldn’t see his wife because she (a nurse) was starting to come across “obvious” cases at her hospital.

Show me hard picture evidence of a hospital that was at capacity because of covid.
