If you live in an area prone to this kind of property harvesting, you might consider leaving your car doors, to include the trunk, unlocked so that those involved in socio-economic property harvesting can discern whether or not your windows need breaking for reasons aside from the fact that windows are a barrier to property harvesting.

Went to eat lunch on Broad, near intersection with Tulane on Friday. Very disappointed with the ambience and vibe of this area of Mid-City. Thought it had improved. Not really.
