Sounds like your friend was picked up by a shitty uber driver.
Shitty uber driver was driving slow down St Charles running their mouth. Thought someone was 'following them down St Charles' is sort of funny.
Truck/Car passed them at Octavia/St Charles and 'almost side swiped them'
Everything else sounds hysterical ramblings of a woman.
