Continental USA: the Florida Panhandle.

No Passport Needed: Puerto Rico.

Uhhhhh......during the summer their beach chairs are now stacked 3 deep.

We traditionally stay in Seacrest every July, but have opted to try St George this year. I know the beaches are not near as pretty but very small crowds and fishing is a plus.

On topic: as far as beauty, none top 30-A. Zero. I know some folks have emotional attachments to some fun/awesome areas but 30-A beaches are damned near perfect in sand / water quality.

Water and sand combo is hard to top.

Yep. I've been to South Beach, Venice, Ole Mission, Santa Cruz, Muir, and even a Beach on Lake Michigan(Haha).
We are fortunate to be so close to those beaches.

The only answer.

You don't even have to leave the water to boo boo.

Siesta Key in Sarasota routinely wins best USA beach

I live 5 minutes from St. Armands and maybe 20 from Siesta. Love the area, but I'm not sure why Siesta consistently tops these lists.

Water is much better further down the west coast of Florida. Go to Captiva or Sanibel Island, Boca Grande, etc.

These places BLOW AWAY Destin. No hotel high rises, no dickbag rednecks, just quiet beaches, great fishing and caribbean blue water.

Once again, the ONLY reason you would ever choose the 'handle is because you are trashy AF or haven't been to the lower West Coast of Florida.

I always liked Sandbridge just south of Virginia Beach off of Princess Anne Rd. It's a little more secluded than the main tourist trap.

Or, if you have kids, it's a short drive to a beautiful beach.

Or because you dont want to fly or drive all the way to south Florida.

Or you have friends/family in the area

Or you genuinely prefer that area

Or you're not pompous bag of dicks like Prosecuted Collins

St John beaches blow Puerto Rico away. Trunk Bay is top 10 in the world.

Palominos is the only thing that matches up to anything in St John

Outer Banks of NC,

What is the ocean water like there? Is it clear like the ocean in the gulf in Florida? Or is it nasty and dirty looking like the beaches off Georgia's coast (barrier islands)? I've heard good things about this beach, but never too much on the water clarity.

My vote for the best beach is in Flordia. I haven't been to too many but there are a few hidden gems on the Gulf with beautiful beaches and very small crowds (sometimes none at all ). I like my beach setting to be peaceful and secluded.
