3 scrambled eggs
1 slice of swiss cheese
3 slices of bacon
2 sausage patties
1 8oz glass of 2% milk
Approx - 705 cals, 17g carb, 56g fat, 50g protein
I typically fast from 6-6:30pm the night before until 9:30 am the next morning.
For lunch will be a homemade deer meat/pork burger patty with green beans and tasso.
Snack will be plain greek yogurt with almonds, cashews and honey.
Post workout will be ground deer meat and wild rice.
Dinner will be meatball stew over white rice with limas and some deliicious IPA's.

I know, but it was such a small amount. I have aspergers, so the sound a lot of foods make is unbearable for some reason so I'm a super picky eater
All the meats and cheeses I have are deli
I'd like to do eggs, but I can't cook eggs at work, which is where I eat breakfast and lunch...can I crack eggs into my shake? does that count?
I was thinking
banana
eggs
turkey+cheese
oatmeal
is that better?

The most important question would be what are your goals? Also, what is your height and weight?

5'10 3/4"
175 lbs, but I carry a lot of muscle on my thighs and calves from years of running
I want to add muscle (quite a bit) and trim just a bit of belly fat. I carry a thin layer of fat around my belly and a lot in my arse (but I've always had a ghetto booty)
Before this I ate once a day and had the worst eating habits on earth

What works for them might not work for you
If you are thin and want to get jacked while looking lean and ripped, don't take diet tips from former fatties.

IF YOU ARE OUT OF SHAPE AND WANT TO BURN FAT...Find your resting rate caloric intake. Subtract 250-300 cals from that. Disperse those cals over your macros that allows for 20% carbs, 35% protein, 45% fat. Download a calorie counting app like myfitnesspal. Stay away from whole wheat carbs and consume good fats and lots of animal protein. Fruit a vegetables are your friends. That is pretty much it when it comes to diet.
Edit: I see you arent overweight and want to gain lean mass. Check out leangains.com and do some research on intermittent fasting. If you want to gain muscle mass, you will have to put your body in a state of caloric surplus and not the deficit I was describing above. You will have to bump the carbs as well, but consider carb cycling (eating carbs at strategic times such as right before a workout and right after and then not much else throughout the day) to not gain bad weight.
