Meh, not really. There has been plenty of threads raising issues when celebrities tweet or make a statement that is considered sjw. People get just as offended at that as the kneeling sometimes

I dont know if you realize but you are kind of agreeing with me. The whole premise of the outrage over the kneeling was what people perceived to be Anti-American statements by the kneelers. Basically, if players were to wear shirts on the field that said "we support our military and our leaders". No one would raise issue with that. Because political statements are not the issue. Political statements that goes against your personal values are the problem
