The common refrain is "why do simps pay when they can get porn for free".

I ask the same question when I hear people talking about paying $20/mo for Spotify and $20/mo for YouTube and $20/mo for " insert streaming service here".

You can get almost every piece of digital content ever created past, present, and future for free. From music to audio books to TV to movies to porn.

I don't really see some dude paying $20/mo to have easier access to Bad Baby or Jelly Bean or that ahego pixie skank's nude videos as any more pathetic than paying fn YouTube $20/mo so you can watch videos on how to build Amish furniture or learn about quirks and features of new cars.

To each their own.

Edit: and should we talk about Patreon? People sending $5-$20/mo to their favorite podcast or Youtube creator so they can get early access to content or exclusive content or just to show their support and be part of the fan club. I hate all that shite.
