I lived in BR for 40 yrs. I finally had enough and uprooted my kids, and left a nice house that was paid for and got the hell out. It was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I have never looked back.

I have too many great childhood memories of celebration station to make disparaging remarks. Even though I know the truth, I will not say it.

I felt the same way but it has gone so far downhill.

I haven't been in a few years but I've heard it's gotten pretty bad. I knew it was only a matter of time :(

Bogies
Walk-ons
Chimes
All walmarts
All fast food joints

Chuckie cheese

Now that I think about it, you have to be either stupid, dumb, or both to live in BR.

I bitched about it when i lived there 10 years ago. A friend of mine said, "dude, stfu or move"

Best advice i ever had. Quit my job and moved. It was a rough few months but 10 years later i know that was the best thing i ever did.

I love this city. Not moving EVER AGAIN! Unless it's to Sausalito and I'm retired/rich.

Very much so. I remember when Walmart used to have half-arse employees and the stores looked pretty decent inside. Now, all the Walmarts in BR are complete shite with crappy employees and they're a depressing place to walk in to.

Pville is okay(close enough to br) and the Burbank Walmart isn't too bad.

Also the Neighborhood Walmart at 42@44(deep pville) is nice. It's new but it'll stay nice for a while.

I remember when Walmart was a decent place to shop. Now I only go there as a last resort. It really is such a depressing place to go to.

If I ever have to go to walmart I make sure I'm strapped and put my game face on.

No lie. That's a trashy arse place. Probably why I take the kids there 10-15 times a summer. This Sunday will be the last of the season. Another good one in the books.

3 summers now and Never used a locker nor needed to. And only left early once when there were 6 buses from urban church centers in the SouthEast. The kids were way too much for the park all at once and ill-mannered.
