The 'men' that are in these areas are mostly weak beta cucks so anyone that has any semblance of testosterone in them should have success and like someone already posted women will approach you if you are tall, in shape, and have a career.
You don't even have to put much effort into it.

Great restaurants, music, parks and the largest tree canopy of any major city. And the ladies are from all over the SEC/Region and elsewhere.
