For his part, Cruise believes his true aim in life is to convert all nonbelievers into the church, which, according to Scientology, will result in Earth's salvation.

Motherfricker literally thinks he's Scientology's Jesus
That South park episode makes a lot more sense now. Cruise was pissed that Stan was the chosen one, not him.

I haven't read the whole thread yet. I don't know if anyone pointed this out but how solid and legally bonding is that 1 billion year contract he signed with the church?

I wouldn't imagine it's legally enforceable.

It's a tongue and cheek thread about Tom Cruise and Scientology. It should be subject to nothing but ridicule and brings all religions into question.

Having thought about it, maybe Cruise really is merely gay, and not into inhaling monkey farts through a plastic tube.

Maybe, in his vapid, narcissistic celebrity mind, he believes that him being outed as gay would devastate society and throw the world into chaos because he is just THAT respected.

I mean, a lot of these people have convinced themselves that they can sing in bands. I wouldn't put it past him.

Talking snake. Zombies walking around in Jerusalem. Burning talking bush. Unicorns. A man living in a whale. World wide flood. Parting a sea. Rivers of blood. The star of Bethlehem. People talking directly with God. 2 of every animal flocking to a boat that couldn't hold them... These things happen all of the time.

cult

A system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object

Synonyms- sect, denomination, group, movement, persuasion, body, faction

Sound familiar?

Do we really have to do this? I was having fun making up weird perversions for Tom Cruise to be into.
