I drink a Coke Zero everyday with lunch. I need to know his thoughts on that before I purchase any more

I just said its bad for you. You think its not? Its a fricking soft drink. They aren't good for you.

I don't drink sodas on a normal basis. Just think everything doesn't to fall into "good for you" and "bad for you." There are quite a few food products that have negligible effects on your health either way.

I enjoy a ice cold glass of coke with an occasional piece of pizza. Other wise I drink water exclusively. Water and pizza just doesn't go good for me.

Drinking a soft drink every single day with lunch is bad for you.
I agree drinking them randomly and not often is negligible.
