And then the state did no maintenance on the Sunshine Bridge until an inspector said fix it or we'll shut it down. And the emergency repair work just happened to take place at the same time CF Industries was doing a multi-billion dollar plant expansion.

The first toll road I ever witness go away was 400 in Atlanta several years ago. I was shocked because I knew that our dirty arse politicians in Louisiana would never give up a revenue source funded by the people.
