Thanks man. I'm probably going to construct an outline at some point if you're interested in that.

I'm in that class too. His Military History class is a million times harder than this WW2 one. It's by far the hardest history class I've taken at LSU, they're all pretty simple at the core. I've somehow got an A in there and I'm not sure if I even want to try and keep it considering it's a 5:30 pm Friday final. The fact that it's WWI, WW2, Korea and Vietnam is going to be a total bitch. 4 huge wars when it's normally one big war and and two other conflicts.
Test days have been a bitch this semester. 3 straight hours of essays that don't seem to ever end. I feel like a zombie when I'm done with his tests.

No kidding man. I've got over 170 hours of classes under my belt, and this class is by far the hardest I've taken yet.
I don't even know how I'm going to begin studying for it
my notes suck the books are so fricking boring to read.
I've got a low B I think, considering that both my tests were C+'s

All you have to use is the online textbook from the Army. I just read that and take notes on it and study the notes. Don't bother reading the other books all the way through either. I usually pick a relevant chapter and find some good material that will be relevant to ASC and try to quote it on the test as best as I can. I just try to throw in the major points from his outline on ASC on the first day of class into each test. I don't use his in-class lectures.
I got an A and a B+ on the tests so I'll probably try for an A but who knows at that point. I don't really think there's much difference between an A and a B at this point for me as I'm nearing graduation.
