There's actually was a ridiculously hot teacher who married a student in my high school. He status in the US of doubt and she was and she was the Spanish teacher. Supposedly she was a freak. She fricked him so hard once his entire body turned bright red and he went to the hospital because he thought she had give him an std.
Anyway, this was a private school and the student was 19 so they paid hundreds of thousands in hush money to local media

As pervasive as this type of thing seems to be now, I'm starting to think this was much worse 20 years ago when it was easier to get away with this stuff.
