What video did you watch? Fatty hit the guy and tried taking his gun. That's a threat that must be put down. And once you decide to shoot, you shoot to end the threat.

Maybe, but I believe that was a clear defensive shooting. Doubt he'll be convicted in criminal court.
His draw was a bit fumbled but I'll give him a break because of the big paw that connected on his head. Otherwise, his delivery was textbook imo

Pretty sure the original thread years ago went the exact same way even after the details were made known. Really shows us how experienced and knowledgeable our resident gun experts are

This is also why I avoid all conflict or potential conflict while carrying. I don't need the Internet judging my actions in a high stress situation that usually lasts less than 5 seconds once you realize you need to defend yourself.
