That shite calls for letting the air out of a tire or two.

I wish riverside towing would go in there and make some money. And I hate those people.

There is a tool to pull out the valve stems of tires. It let's the air out very quickly, and they can't pump it back up with a compressor or air tank.

But then, they're stuck behind you until they can get towed

I believe he is referring to people who intentionally park so they are occupying two spots and not traditional double parking behind a car. These fricks take up two spots and then drive a different car there on game day and move the car over so they can park. Then drive two cars home.

You cut the valve stem if it is not metal.

Deal with it.

Well, first you have to work up enough gusto to hit it hard enough to penetrate the tire. That'll take a couple of tries. Then, the knife gets stuck in. When you pull it out, the tire blows air out fast enough, you think it's gonna explode, and everyone for a mile can hear it.

I did it on an old trailer tire, so I'm lucky it didn't actually explode

So slashing tires isn’t easy on modern car tires

Pro tip: find a rock, put the knife point on the tire, then hit the butt of the knife with the rock.

You dont have to worry about the knife rebounding off the tire, potentially hurting yourself.
