Start drinking early and when you start to get a little buzz eat something small. Then start drinking again. After that stick to beer, slid some waters in every now and then, get some snacks in and man up.

Go buy 3 pedialyte sports, the big ones. Drink one before you drink anything, drink another before bed. The third is for when you wake up tomorrow.
Don't chug them, drink them slowly.
ETA: unless you have a heart condition or blood pressure issues. But then you shouldn't be drinking and partying anyway.

Just don’t go to sleep
If you don’t drink a lot of caffeine, 1-2 caffeinated drinks should do.
If you don’t eat a lot of sugar (specifically candy), get some small candy packs and eat some when you start feeling tired

If you take care of your body, you should be able to do anything in your 40s that you could do in your 20s.

Age is just a frame of mind. I'm 44, was out till 4 am Saturday night and had a blast. I don't think "omg i'm 44, am I gonna make it all night?" No, I just have fun and don't think.

I usually think about all the bad things I’ve said and how it damaged and hurt the people I love. That will keep me up all night.

The trick is to ramp up your alcohol intake though the night. Beer for the LSU game then switch to bourbon at dark…right before midnight you need to get back on beer with occasional shots of something strong…decrease the times between those occasions. You’re going to feel like dog shite tomorrow…but you’ll be fun tonight.
