This week in Australia, Tinder launched a new product called Tinder Social, which lets one group of friends connect with other groups of friends. (Because that’s what everyone is looking for when they join Tinder: friends.) It’s easy to use: Since Tinder is already linked to Facebook, you can just select friends from your Facebook list and start swiping.

There’s just one problem, Business Insider reports. As it’s currently being tested, you have to opt out. In other words, if you don’t want to be visible to your Facebook pals, you have to turn off the feature.

So if you’re in a committed relationship and just “haven’t deleted the app yet, but I will I promise” or are using Tinder for more nefarious reasons (say, cheating on your spouse) you’re probably going to want to opt out.

This could bring a whole new dynamic spin on Pocketaces imaginary dating stories. I'll have my popcorn at the ready.

Or just do what most of my friends did when they were caught on Ashley Madison..... Say your phone/account was hacked.

Maybe people will want to opt out because they don't want their friends to know they're resorting to an app to meet someone?

That shite ended when the fatties and single moms found out about it and took over.

I've thought from the beginning that it was a terrible idea to combine your Facebook account with a hookup app. Ray Charles saw this shite coming.
