Playing on her emotions only works when she is attracted to you, and only in extreme moderation once she is.
Women are different than men. Men will see a woman and will be attracted right away based on how hot she is. Women are different. Women will determine their attraction over a longer period of time. Hence why women "shite test" men, its their way of trying to break the man's frame and test how solid and strong he is mentally and emotionally. It's why women are attracted to qualities like physical strength and muscles, and emotional stability, because that's how women evolved. Because in caveman times women who mated with men who were weak physically, emotionally and mentally had their offspring killed. So if you go all in with the nice guy act and weak soft frame playing to her emotions before she has had a chance to size you up and determine if she is attracted to you or not, she will be turned off and say "I can't breed with this guy"

As far as strategy, I just talk to them, grab their number if they're willing, and set up a date. Not that hard.
