The only message board I ever posted on before I started posting here was ESPN's college football board. It was relatively active, but it was mostly people arguing about why x team sucks and y team was good. And even then I rarely posted there.
Then people would always send me links to the fark board and one day I looked around on the other boards and decided to sign up. Even then I still had no idea what I was getting into, but it was easy to use and the response time was quick. It wasn't until I visited Reddit for the first time (which was maybe 3.. Maybe 4 years ago) and after visiting it I couldn't believe it was so popular because of the way it was formatted.

Volnation is pretty comparable to here set up wise. At least use to be. It doesnt have an array of boards though to keep things seperate. Pretty much a bunch of secrant level trolls with some solid people who know what they are talking about. Probably a lot like the poli board, and lsu football board types mixed in too. Ie if you dont ride the exact line, with little variance, you are the anti christ. But i've definitely enjoyed this site, and liked moving here from the rant that I started on.

Absolutely. Texags is the only comparable one that I’ve seen and it’s not nearly as good as TD.

Agree, been to quite a few. This is the easiest to read and the best format. But maybe I'm just use to it?
