Yea I'm the a-hole that has caught employees conspiring to come in after hrs and steal stuff, lie to my face about what they are doing or have done or issues they have caused and trying to cover up. Or the best is ohh I need a pairs sick day because it's coming out of both ends...and then the next day they are all over Facebook yapping about all the fun they had on there day off. There not all bad and I don't look all the time. But that's the best time to see how real an employee is that you trust with your hard earned business. You employees probably won't understand but I bet some business owners will.
I'm actually a pretty cool boss if you do what your supposed to do that I pay you for.
