Tickfaw 200 canceled but out of towners are still coming in

Passed through Springfield earlier on my way back from Maurepas and saw several out of state high dollar boats at a few of the gas stations.
I guess they're all going to just hang out and party in the lake and rivers since the bars are all still closed.
