I shite you not, that is on the back of a huge arse truck in my home town with pipes on it big enough for a train. The guy does this at every red light he stops at.
At this point Im just assuming he wants to make sure everyone knows how small his is.

I can't believe some of you are just seeing this, Lake Chuck rednecks been doing this for years. I always assumed it was from using off road diesel. Anyway I just don't get it.

I hate that shite... and I have a diesel truck. It's embarrassing.
I do have a programmer on it because I tow really heavy stuff and it gets better mileage. Anyways..The day I'm coming home down I-12 with my new 5th wheel toyhauler, I get behind a Prius going 45mph. Finally I get a window to pass, so I floor it. When I look in the mirror to get over, it was OH shite! Seemed like I had just blacked out the entire Interstate with a cloud of smoke. Oh well... gotdamn Prius.

A lot of these tuners can really increase your fuel mileage. But most people end up using them to do this. I know a lot of people who have vehicles that can do this. A handful of them get their jollies from it. I make fun of them.
