the most telling thing is the look on his face when Floyd is put in the ambulance and he realizes that he’s dead. It’s the biggest “oh shite” expression I’ve ever seen. And it conveys that his actions absolutely led to his death but absolutely not intentionally.
Are you a certified mind reader now?

The intellectual dishonesty from you is simply too much.

He also had meth in his system. Do you know how meth affects one’s disposition?

What are the signs of an opiate overdose?

Let me help you out. Dr. baker is the medical examiner who did the autopsy. This information is from
Yet you continue to tell lies.
You are quoting the quack autopsy Floyd’s family had done. Not the official autopsy.
quote:
Floyd had hypertensive heart disease, Baker said, "meaning his heart weighed more than it should." This meant Floyd's heart needed more oxygen than a normal heart and was "limited in its ability" to provide more oxygen when there was a demand for it. In the midst of an altercation and being held to the ground, adrenaline would pour into the body, Baker said, making the heart beat faster. "In my opinion, the law enforcement subdual, restraint and the neck compression was just more than Mr. Floyd could take by virtue of those heart conditions," he said.
"So in your opinion," Nelson asked, "both the heart disease as well as the history of hypertension and the drugs that were in his system played a role in Mr. Floyd's death?"
"In my opinion, yes," Baker said.
quote:
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's official autopsy made no mention of asphyxiation as a cause of death, which has been a key pillar of prosecutors' case.In contrast, an independent autopsy commissioned by Floyd's family said he died of "asphyxiation from sustained pressure" when his neck and back were compressed by officers, cutting off the blood flow to his brain.
Yet you continue to tell lies.

Did George Floyd overdose while being arrested just a few months before and need to be hospitalized for days because of that overdose?

Because he fricking shot himself. We have no idea if the heroin could have killed him because he suck started a shotgun.
If you can't see how stupid that comparison is then you are obtuse or just dumb.
FYI Cobain did OD and went into a coma one month before he committed suicide.

Did the medical examiner conclude that Floyd died of positional asphyxia? Or is that a lie?

Now you know why cities burned down.
It was like the movie idiocracy

Which medical examiner? Dr. Baker performed the official autopsy. You are being vague and haven’t produced any supporting evidence.

Wait
You think the look on chauvins face proves how Floyd’s heart stopped?
Boy that is interesting
I can't remember who they were, but there were two lefty posters in the original trial thread that declared Chauvin was guilty and wanted him convicted based on the face he was making while kneeling on Floyd.
And it wasn't like they only posted about it once, it was their main talking point. How Chauvin looked during the kneeling episode meant everything and he was clearly guilty in their eyes.
It disturbed the shite out of me that these two people could be just like any juror out there in any case. There's people out there who think like that, derermining guilt based on what the TV and news networks tell them to see.

I’m still wondering the amount of fentanyl in his system. But then again that would be what was reported, which I don’t know if I trust that either.
The autopsy said 11.1 where as the average fentanyl OD is 9.9 (believe it’s a nano gram measurement)
