That’s less than $60 a visit, which seems really cheap to me.

HELL NO!!!
Find someone who offers massage as a pre adjustment treatment. Not just a TENS (TINS?) unit or roller table. And pay as you go.
Some people swear by it, some say it shite. For me personally, I don’t know what helps more the adjustment or massage.
My chiropractor does try to tell you to come in too often but it’s not a prescribed plan.

Don’t like them in general. However one resolved my sons delibilitating headaches - migraines- in one visit. Son went to 3 medical docs prior and was on so much meds his personality changed. Chiropractor was like turning off a daily migraine switch.

I had always thought chiropractors were quacks, or an industry propped up by the injury lawyers. Then I got a pinched nerve in my neck, and my wife talked me into going to the Chiropractor that she has gone to several times. I'm gonna tell you right now, after two sessions that pain was gone. I'm talking about shooting nerve pain going down my arm so bad you want to cut it off. Two sessions and I was pain free. It was covered by my insurance too. Get Off My Nerves on Coursey, go see Dr. Cathy. She's a miracle worker.
Like doctors and other professions, there are good ones, and there are bad ones. Do a little research and get a second opinion. I would do like others here and pay as you go. Don't get roped into anything more than a 3 visit plan, and definitely don't go to one that wants to work outside your insurance coverage.

I like chiropractors although I wouldn't pay for one out of my pocket.
A good chiropractor will give you a program of stretching exercises to loosen tight muscles which is where (in my experience) 95% of pain comes from.
Hope what ever you do helps bro. Pain can sap the joy out of living.

Sounds like something a PT would do. Those mfers come up with some torturous shite. I think they are all into some serious sadism at those joints.
