If you are a celebrity are you obligated to post this on your social media feeds after a shooting?

It’s gotten to the point where people paying attention ridicule the false sentiment. If you have a following and want to say something then try a little harder.

What if it's true...they'd be thinking of the victims, and say a couple little prayers for those in anguish?

That's not good enough?

Weird that this bothers you.

You realize more non famous people post this exact same thing to similar events? All the time.

Loads of people from California, but it's cool if you don't care for it.

Doesn't bother me one bit if celebrities want to take a moment to acknowledge the hurt people are going through.. and show some sort of support.

Boston strong was another attack that comes to mind.

It's also cool if you don't believe in the power of prayer. Others do. I respect you don't care, perhaps you could try and respect others beliefs without coming off so smug? I don't know. Keep doing you though.

It just sucks these things happen and I hope it never happens to you.

I do believe in prayer but the people say thoughts and prayers don’t really mean it. Are they really sitting down that night and saying actual prayers or is it just such a Hallmark card kind of cliché thing to say? You all hate the liberal elite and these are the people that are saying thoughts and prayers and you know they don’t believe in God!

Yeah “your city here” Strong is bullshite too. That was a string brought up a couple years ago and it was on target. Clichés are freaking weak.
