Thoth had a major Break Down we are at Milan and St Charles and float 23/42 just passed.

Not a breakdown. Down power line. Dumbasses shot a mylar confetti cannon towards the power line and blew out every ear drum within a three block radius
ETA: there was a breakdown on Magazine. The Milan/St Charles incident was related to the power lines

I caught it near magazine and Soniat and left around float 24. Want to catch the Super Bowl.

I remember when some dumbass did that for Hercules in 2006. No only did it catch everyone off guard, but the lights were also out along a major part of the parade route.
