Those of you who purchase tires online - Where do you get them installed?

I do not need to know where to buy the tires online, there is an excellent thread for this already.
Ordering tires online
I want to know where to get them installed so that I can have them rotated and balanced for the life of the tire, and perhaps obtain road hazard if it did not come with the tire purchase. Yes, I know how to rotate them but balancing is something else that's needed

Ordered a set 3 months ago from Tiredirect, had them shipped to tire kingdom and mounted for cheap

If you are ordering from TireRack, you can find suggested installers on their website. If in BR go to Skid Marks.

call up a tire shop, ask for their address because you're having tires shipped to them from Discount Tire Direct to be mounted and balanced. They'll either match the price or give you the address.

I order tires off Amazon and get them installed at the dealership. When I owned a Yamaha I went there. Now I own a Harley and go to the Harley dealer in B'ham (Riders HD) anytime I need anything done.

I 2nd the Discount Tire suggestion.
I have ordered 4 sets of tires online go to a local mom and pop tire shop and get them mounted and balanced for cheap. Some of the bigger names may not want to help unless they are part of the deal (have tires shipped to them), at least that was my experience.
Road hazard may be more difficult to get from a shop as you are not buying the tires from them, I personally have never had road hazard so can't really speak to that.

Do you have to pay each time to get them rotated/balanced for the life of the tire, or was that covered in the installation cost?

Walmart balanced and mounted for $15 each.

I assume you are talking about rotating them. So you do not balance your tires periodically?
ETA: Hmm I just checked and rarely do tires require a balance after rotation, unless there are other problems. Sounds like another racket by mechanics.

Hell the tax savings alone could damn near offset the price of new wheels. Just get a whole set up mounted and balanced.

Bring mine to Darnell's crib, off Franklin ave.

If there's a balance issue it will not prevail itself till the vehicle reaches somewhere between 50-70 mph usually. The centrifugal rotation of mass at least requires the wheel to be spinning that fast. Any other vibrations, shakes, etc will always be in the tire treads or a defective bet inside of the tire.

Dude, your shite is rubbing badly. I took those flaps off the day I got my tires. You don't hear that shite in reverse?
